Components:

Dry Vermouth: 60

Suze: 22.5

Elderflower Liqueur: 15

Lemon Juice: 15

Simple Syrup: 7.5

Soda: 30

Technics used: Shake and Strain
Garnish: Grapefruit wedge
Recipe: Shake briefly, and strain into a big wine glass. Add ice and top with soda (not too much, around 30 ml)
