Mezcal: 45

Passion fruit syrup: 30

Suze: 15

Lime Juice: 15

Egg white: 1

Technics used: Shake and Strain, Double strain, Dry shake
Garnish: Drops of angostura
Recipe: Dry shake components (without ice), add ice and shake again. Double strain to a chilled coup glass (or any stemmed).
